Terms of Service
The agreement for using Cyanvid: accounts, credits, subscriptions, refunds, and acceptable use.
Last updated: 2026-10-22
These Terms govern your use of Cyanvid ("Cyanvid", "we"), an online studio that generates images and short videos from text prompts and your own images using AI models, billed through credits. By creating an account or generating content you agree to them. Questions: support@cyanvid.com or support tickets.
The Service
Cyanvid turns prompts or your own images into generated images and short videos using third-party AI models (currently hosted on Replicate), and offers script tools for planning video content. Available models, supported inputs, durations, and per-job credit costs are always shown in the generation workspace before you submit. Generation time and availability depend on the model and service capacity. Generated content can contain errors or unexpected results — review it before use.
Accounts
You must provide an accurate email address and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for using only payment methods you are authorized to use. Report unauthorized access through support tickets.
Acceptable Use
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you submit, including permission to process it through the relevant AI provider. You must not:
- submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or content depicting real people in false or intimate contexts;
- use the service to create content that violates applicable law, promotes violence or hate, or sexually depicts minors;
- impersonate real people deceptively or create misleading political or commercial material;
- bypass authentication, usage limits, rate controls, or safety filters;
- resell raw model access or scrape the service.
We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, non-payment, or service failures.
Credits and Generation
All generation runs on a credit balance. The credit cost of every job is set by a server-side quote shown before you submit. Failed jobs are automatically refunded to your credit balance. Per-account concurrency limits, rolling usage limits, and a service-wide capacity budget may delay or restrict new jobs even when credits remain; the service does not promise unlimited generation, reserved queue priority, or identical results across models.
Subscriptions and Billing
Monthly subscriptions (with a monthly credit grant) are offered through our payment provider, Creem, which acts as merchant of record and processes card details. Prices, credits, and the renewal interval are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.
- You can cancel at any time in billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan and its credits remain available until the end of the paid period.
- Credits granted for a billing period expire at that period's end and do not roll over.
- Failed generations are automatically refunded to your credit balance; a credit refund is not a monetary refund.
Cancellations and Refunds
You can cancel your subscription yourself at any time in billing settings; no email is required. Because generation starts immediately after payment, paying for a period grants immediate access to its credits, and cancellation simply stops the next renewal.
Creem's own payment terms and refund tools also apply to the transaction. For duplicate charges, billing errors, or a payment that did not deliver your credits, contact us within 30 days through support tickets or support@cyanvid.com with the order reference — verified errors are fully refunded. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights (including statutory withdrawal or refund rights) in your country of residence.
Content Ownership and Use
You keep the rights to the materials you upload. You are responsible for checking that you have the rights needed for your intended use of the generated output; AI models may produce similar content for other users, so exclusivity is not guaranteed. Output accuracy, uniqueness, and fitness for a particular commercial purpose are not warranted, and applicable model or provider terms may further restrict use.
Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them (including for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health).
Changes
Material changes to these Terms are reflected in the update date and, where appropriate, announced in the service. Continued use after a change takes effect means acceptance.
