How Cyanvid handles account data, generation inputs and outputs, payments, and analytics.

Last updated: 2026-10-22

Cyanvid ("Cyanvid", "we") is an online studio that generates images and short videos from text prompts and your own images, with a credit-based billing system. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. Questions about anything here: support@cyanvid.com or support tickets.

Information We Process

  • Account data: email address, display name, profile image, and authentication records (sign-in sessions, password handling through our authentication service, IP address and browser signal recorded at signup).
  • Generation data: the prompts you write, the model and parameters you pick, images you upload as source material, the images and videos we generate for you, task status, and the credits each job consumed. Signed-in generation history is kept with your account and only you can view it.
  • Billing data: Creem acts as our merchant of record and processes payments, so card and payment details are collected and stored by Creem, not by us. We keep the order record, subscription status, and the credit ledger entries tied to your account.
  • Support data: the text and attachments of support tickets you submit.
  • Anti-abuse data: Cloudflare Turnstile runs on generation submissions to distinguish people from automated traffic.
  • Usage analytics: Google Analytics and/or Plausible may be enabled. Product events are limited to fixed fields — route, model, aspect ratio, resolution, and success state. Prompts, uploaded images, email addresses, account IDs, and job IDs are never sent to analytics.
  • Server logs: requests expose IP addresses and browser signals to Cloudflare and to our abuse-rate-limiting.

Service Providers

| Provider | Role | What they receive | | ---------------------------- | ---------------------------------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | | Replicate | AI model hosting | Your prompt, chosen parameters, and (for image-to-video) your uploaded source image | | Cloudflare | Hosting, database, storage, queues, bot checks | Application traffic, stored media, Turnstile submissions | | Creem | Merchant of record for payments | Order, subscription, and payment details; card data is handled by Creem, not by us | | DeepSeek / Google Gemini | Script tool text generation | Product details and instructions you submit in those tools | | Google Analytics / Plausible | Product analytics (optional) | Page views and limited event metadata |

These providers may process data in countries different from yours. Each publishes its own privacy terms; Replicate's is at replicate.com/privacy.

Media Storage and Retention

Generated images and videos, and the source images you upload, are stored in private cloud storage and served only through authenticated checks against your account.

  • Generated media and uploaded source images are kept for up to 30 days, after which they may be permanently removed. Download anything you want to keep.
  • Prompts, generation history, and credit records are kept while your account is active.
  • Billing records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling.
  • Deleting your account deletes your generation history, media, and personal data, except records we must keep for accounting or legal claims.

Your Rights and Choices

You can edit your name and avatar in profile settings, view and manage your subscription in billing settings, and review every credit transaction in credit history.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data — or close your account — through support tickets or support@cyanvid.com. We verify identity before acting and respond within 30 days. You can opt out of analytics through your browser or by not using the service; essential cookies are required for sign-in and generation to work.

Security

Media and results are access-controlled against your account. Secrets are stored encrypted, and provider credentials are never exposed to the browser. No service can guarantee absolute security; report anything suspicious through support.

Children

Cyanvid is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
